Purchase and Return Policy
Execution Time:
Printed Tableau: Delivered within 5 business days.
Printed Tableau with Frame: Delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
Painted Tableau: Delivered within 10 to 15 business days.
Painted Tableau with Frame: Delivered within 15 to 20 business days.
Note: The execution time may increase if the tableau is painted with oil paints or contains many fine and intricate details.
Product Purchase and Return Policy:
Product in Progress: The price cannot be refunded or exchanged once execution has started and an agreement has been made with the client.
Ready Products: Products can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase from the showroom, with the customer bearing the shipping costs. The refund will be made using the original payment method. A 3% Online payment tax will be deducted if paid by Visa. If the product is not received, shipping costs will apply according to the region.
Product Holding Period:
The executed product will be held in the showroom for no more than one month from the date of the contract.
After this period, the showroom will not be responsible for the product.
Delivery Policy:
If the product is not received, shipping costs will apply according to the region. The maximum height for delivering products to provinces is 130 cm, and shipping can be arranged for an additional fee depending on the province.
Payment Policy:
Payment options available are Cash on Delivery or Visa.
For contracts, a 50% deposit is required for any order over 5000 EGP, with the remaining amount paid upon receipt.
The deposit can be paid via Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
If the product is not received, shipping costs will be borne according to the region.
Accuracy of Painted Tableaus:
The painted tableau may have slight variations in details and colors.
Quality Guarantee:
The showroom guarantees the quality of the product for one full year from the date of receipt, and the warranty does not cover misuse. The showroom guarantees the quality of the tableau for one full year from the date of receipt, provided the tableau is kept away from direct sunlight or sources of heat and humidity.
Product Cleaning:
The product should be cleaned using only a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid using any chemicals or polish that may damage the product.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition for the customer.
FAQ
Absolutely, yes. The Artium insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by The Artium and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.
We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at info@theartium.net and we will sort it out for you.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at info@theartium.net so we can arrange it for you.
