The Trio

Three figures move forward in a tight, confident line, their forms rendered in solid amber, ghostly gray, and deep vermillion against a luminous backdrop of soft gold light breaking through columns of gray and cream. Thin vertical lines rain down around them like falling light or rain, and their reflections pool warmly in the ground below, doubling the sense of motion and presence. The figures are simplified almost to silhouette, letting color and posture carry all the emotion — solidarity, momentum, quiet confidence. As the closing piece of the Urban Ember collection, it brings the series full circle, echoing the solitary figure of The Wanderer but multiplied into a shared, forward-moving procession.
